These are 1/72 scale decals for the Boeing 737-2X9 Surveiller AI-7302, operated by the Indonesian Air Force (Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Udara) with Skadron Udara 5.

The Boeing 737-2X9 Surveiller is a specialized maritime patrol and surveillance variant of the 737-200, equipped with search radar and sensors for long-range ocean surveillance. Indonesia operated these aircraft to monitor its vast archipelagic waters — one of the most demanding maritime patrol environments in the world, spanning over 5,000 kilometers and thousands of islands.

Skadron Udara 5, based at Hasanuddin Air Base in Makassar, South Sulawesi, has long been responsible for maritime patrol operations covering the critical sea lanes of eastern Indonesia.
