These are 1/72 scale decals for Boeing B-47A 49-1907, assigned to the 306th Bombardment Wing, United States Air Force.

The 306th Bombardment Wing was one of Strategic Air Command's early B-47 Stratojet operators, based at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. As one of the first wings to transition to the revolutionary swept-wing Stratojet, the 306th was at the forefront of SAC's transformation from piston-engine bombers to the jet age. The B-47A was the initial production variant, and crews flying these early airframes were pioneering the tactics and procedures that would define SAC's nuclear deterrence mission throughout the 1950s.
